As Fasten’s Partnerships Manager you will be our negotiator and deal broker. You will actively connect and seal partnerships with other businesses, hotels, retailers, sports venues, academic institutions, and anyone who will help promote and grow Fasten’s rider and driver base in Boston, Austin, and eventually nationwide. You will build relationships of value throughout the city propelling Fasten’s brand into various media outlets. Working closely with the CMO and Director of Marketing, you will develop and execute sustainable tactics to partner with Boston’s latest and greatest. Not only will you be in charge of forming mutually beneficial relationships, but you will ensure the successful launch of each program and maintain them from beginning to end. You understand during our high growth period it is crucial that partnerships be finalized in a short time frame.


What you'll do:

  • Identify potential partners based on target markets, exposure, and maximum benefit.
  • Form mutually beneficial partnerships with festivals, companies, venues, bars, hotels, restaurants.
  • Approach potential partners, and negotiate terms
  • Propose budgets to the CMO based on new and current initiatives, tracking expenses and ROMI remaining within approved budgets
  • Developing future partnership strategies based on prior success or failure with similar partners
  • Handle all partnerships from negotiation to execution and follow up.

  • You aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty; you might talk a big game but can back it up by actions and execution.
  • You are well spoken and influential


    What you have:

  • You have a vast network across the United States, and have your thumb on the pulse of all events and emerging power players on the scene.
  • You have 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • You have a proven track record of identifying, negotiating and closing partnerships quickly.
  • Preferably, you have worked in a fast paced startup environment in the past.
