Develop and maintain positive business and brand-building relationships with outside partners, to negotiate, activate and leverage local sports sponsorships/alliances in the U.S. Bank portfolio. Manage U.S. Bank sports sponsorship relationships to support U.S. Bank's mission and business objectives. Responsibilities include day to day management of relationships, benefit implementation, budget oversight, and conducting evaluations, contract negotiations and annual reviews. The position will also develop and oversee on-site activations for fan engagement at sponsor-related events and venues. This position requires strong project management skills to collaborate, partner and/or interact with internal/external resources (product, media relations, legal, compliance, foundation, sponsor properties, agencies) in the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies designed to meet specific U.S. Bank goals. Position will interact with senior management and professionals at all levels throughout the organization. This person must be results-oriented and self-motivated.


Required Skills

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Five to eight years of experience in Marketing, Sports Marketing and/or Sports Sponsorship.

  • Sports Marketing and/or sponsorship management experience
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced project management knowledge and experience
  • Event management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
