As part of the Global Campaign Management (GCM) team in Orlando you will be integral to orchestrating the strategic planning, development, execution and measurement of the global marketing campaign for Madden NFL. By driving clear accountabilities and seamless collaboration, you will profoundly impact the ability to build trust with players, innovate with disruptive marketing, and achieve strong business results.
This position will report to Director of Global Campaign Management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Architecture
Establish the strategy, narrative and roadmap for the global campaign
Develop campaign strategies based on a clear understanding of business objectives and core metrics
Craft the campaign narrative and develop key messaging in support
Synthesize and tailor stories for varied player motivations
Develop an effective campaign cadence based on product details, audience motivations and business goals
Campaign Management
Galvanize global cross-functional teams around the campaign strategies
Ensure the multi-channel executions across paid, earned, shared and owned channels are in support of the campaign strategies
Align campaign executions with business goals
Establish a thread from Key Performance Indicator (KPI) assessment through to real-time optimization actions
Align with commercial teams & provide context to help inform demand planning forecasts
Lead executive campaign reviews with a focus on the player journey, key campaign beats, performance analysis and optimization actions
Campaign Measurement
Interpret data and engage in high-level discussions with functional experts
Work with Analytics to deliver KPI reports for key executions
Synthesize campaign performance into digestible and action-oriented status updates
Understand and relay commercial information
Relationship Management
Establish key relationships with cross-functional teams across Development, Central Marketing and Global Publishing
Partner with Development and Global Brand Marketing teams to ensure campaign strategies are aligned with game features and brand strategies
Partner with Global Communications Group counterparts to ensure flawless execution across earned, shared and owned channels
Lead by example in inter-GCM team work with geographically dispersed counterparts
7+ years of experience developing and leading successful marketing/communications campaigns
Knows how to prioritize and work independently, while keeping a collaborative mindset
Success collaborating in a highly matrixed organization
Ability to engage and liaise at multiple levels across the organization
Ability to demonstrate comfort with ambiguity, adapt quickly to changing goals & objectives and be effective in new situations in a highly dynamic environment
