Position Mission: This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Caribou Coffee brand ambassador with skills in brand engagement, partnership, events and creating shared value through media and marketing. We promote the Caribou brand primarily through marketing campaigns, but have a strong focus on and commitment to strategic partnerships that engage with our customers and our communities.


The Partnership Marketing Manager will drive Caribou’s partnership and engagement strategies through implementation, communication and marketing. This role will be responsible for managing Caribou’s overall partnership programs and community engagement, managing all sponsor relationships and maximizing partnership investments and community opportunities. The Partnership Marketing Manager will work in a highly collaborative manner with the digital, brand and product teams to maximize the value of our engagements, partnerships and community connections throughout the year.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Create and manage partnership and marketing strategies for the Caribou Coffee brand.
  • Actively build the brand through partnerships, event activations and community engagement to achieve KPIs.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with partners and clients to ensure Caribou Coffee maximizes the return-of-investment with its partnerships.
  • Create shared value for loyal Caribou fans by collaborating with media partners, sponsors, and our customer experience team to create and execute compelling collaborations.
  • Oversee and develop digital communication, including social media and earned media, related to partnerships.
  • Report monthly on targets, achievements and strategies.
  • Manage assets and creative needs with the internal Caribou creative team and brand manager.


    Required Skills

    Minimum Qualifications:


    Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or other relevant fields


    Experience:

  • A minimum of 5+ years working within marketing, communications and/or relationship management
  • Experience in creating shared value for partners through media channels (inclusive of paid, earned, owned and/or sponsorship channels)


    Other required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proven strong track record in relationship or partnership management
  • Goal-oriented and creatively-driven
  • Excellent initiative as a self-starter; possesses the ability to proactively bring opportunities to life
  • Ability to drive and motivate others
  • Well-developed writing (particularly proposal writing) and communication skills
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and networking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • A creative mind and flexible attitude
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn)
