The Director of Influencer Relations will be responsible for developing and leading Tiffany's global brand ambassador influencer and brand integration campaigns while partnering with the key regions on their local market activations ensuring alignment and synergies with the larger business and promotional needs. This director will be tasked with strategically and exponentially growing the Friends of the House network for the brand, including driving consumer desire for Tiffany’s product icons, creating new and exciting ways to use entertainment content to reach target consumers and keep Tiffany relevant and top-of-mind within popular culture worldwide. This role will oversee relationships with external agency, talent, stylist and entertainment partners to develop relevant and meaningful opportunities for the brand.
Responsibilities
Celebrity/Influencer
Develop annual global influencer strategy, creating a strategically crafted ecosystem of talent to communicate core brand values and reach our target audience
Direct all PR talent relationships that have a global or North America resonance including brand ambassador partnerships, talent dressings, event appearances and product seeding within influencer community
Direct the organization and coordination of product logistics, travel, H&M and other needs around talent opportunities and oversee general relationship management on behalf of the brand
Cultivate and introduce the brand to new and emerging talent – in-turn engaging new audiences and customers
Brand Integration
Develop brand’s annual global pop culture strategy
Lead development for new properties of interest
Facilitate product placement opportunities that further Tiffany’s product and business objectives
Product loans
Script write-ins
Develop compelling ways to share placements, further amplifying the reach
Advocate for other teams/departments/regions within Tiffany to use content in unique and engaging ways
Additional Responsibilities
Direct celebrity and brand integration agencies on cultivation and management of talent, studio, stylist and agent relationships
Develop strategic plans as well as talent consideration background and research
Facilitate product loans for talent and brand integration opportunities
Work with design on development of red carpet/custom talent looks
Manage all talent budgets
Merchandise success and work of the team internally highlighting KPIs and return on investment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
10 + years of talent experience
Strong network of high-level influencers, stylist and entertainment executives
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Strong leadership skills and ability to work cross functionally Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines Willingness to travel as well as work late nights and weekends Keen sense of style and fashion, up-to-date on trends Knowledge of fine jewelry Deep knowledge of the business of entertainment/popular culture
