AT&T Entertainment Group is one of the hottest business opportunities specializing in the development of content and experiential marketing and marketing program development. We are now building AT&T Creator Lab to support these efforts and are seeking a dynamic individual to support the day-to-day operations. Are you ready to jump into this growing space?


Creator Lab is seeking a Lead Manager to manage day-to-day development and execution within one of the 3 core areas of our team – strategy, execution, and operations & analytics. This position sits within the Strategy team and its related projects, deals and partnerships. The ideal candidate will need to have significant strategy experience in audience planning, communications, entertainment marketing and social media. Ideally the candidate possesses a strong understanding of the entertainment marketplace (talent, sponsorships, partnerships, and content). The role is Communications and Entertainment Marketing Strategy.


To be successful in this role you will need to excel in the following areas:

  • Entertainment and Marketing Strategy – performs marketplace and entertainment research and trend studies, researches and evaluates talent discovery, assists in annual planning and platform development, is a day-to-day partner for content teams and plays a liaison to the Entertainment Group strategy and business development teams
  • Communications Planning and Entertainment Marketing – Develops messaging and communication strategies for partner activations and marketing campaigns. Assists in developing strategies that act as a framework for other channels to operationalize – audience, timing, message flighting, use of social and PR
  • Background in social (paid, owned and earned) and PR a plus

  • Demonstrates capability to collaborate internally and/or has knowledge of the internal-workings of AT&T so they can maximize asset integration into the business as usual operations.
  • Must demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and a passion for developing the never-been-tried opportunity.
  • Possess strong project management and motivation to overcome issues independently. Able to coordinate various detail-oriented needs of external deal partners and prioritize and manage high volume of work.

  • Well-known as a collaborator; ability to work with internal clients and external partners to produce quality output in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Integrated Marketing Content – creative development, lateral thinking, and integration across all mediums and touchpoints
  • Some experience in negotiating PR, Talent and Content deals.
  • Has a strong interest in pop culture, current content and knowledge of the celebrity and brand landscapes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and executive presentation capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and 6+ years’ work experience in Integrated Marketing/Content/Advertising/Marketing Communications.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Job requires overnight travel, weekend and/or late hours as needed to meet deadline
