This position is responsible for ensuring all elements of a sponsor’s contract are fulfilled in a positive, energetic, organized and timely manner.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

  • Writes, designs and develops dynamic sales presentations for the properties
  • Provides consistent feedback to sales team members regarding the success of the negotiated elements of the contract
  • Responsible for gathering all collateral for recaps including, but not limited to photos of event, signage/display, marketing collateral, digital inventory and video inventory to create impactful recaps that demonstrate ROI to sponsors
  • Works cohesively with multiple departments within the Mohegan Sun organization
  • Serves as a liaison between internal departments and outside vendors to ensure fulfillment of onsite deliverables
  • Takes ownership of timeline in executing the deliverables unique to each contract
  • Participates in the sales cycle once the salesperson has established a relationship with the prospect and sets up meeting to discuss sponsorship opportunities
  • Provides timely and professional, responsive service to clients that ultimately exceeds expectations and increases likelihood of program renewal
  • Creates account timelines, sets deadlines, anticipates needs and communicates internally/externally to create a seamless management team for each account’s fulfillment
  • Interacts with clients of all levels and develops working relationships that increase the likelihood of long term corporate partnerships


    Required Skills

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Three years of sponsorship activation, service fulfillment or business development experience
  • Previous experience in coordinating and executing deliverables of partner contracts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Sales Force
  • In lieu of a Degree and previously mentioned experience, six years of experience in sales, promotions or business development
