PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with designated Brand Teams to craft unique and holistic full marketing plans that drive measurable performance in key areas. Marketing tactics to include, but not limited to; National Tour Programming, Trial and Recruitment Sampling, Influencer Seeding, etc.
Ideate, develop, create, execute, and manage Regional marketing initiatives and programs at a property level. Inclusive of experiential and traditional marketing tactics leveraging multiple touch points - including event coverage and logistical oversight.
Provide designated experiential support for Tier 1 assets including but not limited to; driving trial, awareness, and brand preference through delivery of impactful, experiential consumer plans, as well as direct and execute annual/reoccurring consumer programs/activation projects.
Maintain consistent communication with external stakeholders and partners (Brand, Region and Asset) ensuring accurate and timely information sharing and planning for maximum results.
Serve on large cross functional teams as a subject matter expert in the experiential space to execute coordinated marketing programs.
Responsible for providing sales opportunity, motivation, coaching, strategy and direction to various dotted line channel sales teams operating within local CCR Markets & Independent Bottlers within each territory.
Manage Associate Experiential Manager resource to produce reporting and support of the Experiential Marketing Manager and entire team in the field.
Serve as a constant Brand Ambassador / Brand Liaison during external events – working to build brand love and ensure proper brand alignment during all event planning and execution.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION Required:
Bachelor’s Degree and 7-10+ years working on major brand in capacity of experiential, events or general marketing
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 7 years working on major brand in capacity of experiential, events or general marketing
