Seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual who thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment to join the Global Marketing team as advertising and sponsorship analyst. As a part of the strategy and planning team this person will work with the advertising and sponsorship team members to assist with the management and fulfillment of sponsorship agreements in addition to advertising media and creative needs. Some travel required.

BR>Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Global Strategy team across a variety of sponsorship and advertising project deliverables:
  • Sponsorship
  • Assisting with the fulfillment of partner obligations including invoicing, prizing, mileage or barter
  • Fulfilling creative assets for partnerships and management of all assets in internal databases
  • Assisting with briefs for sponsorship activations to the brand actions team
  • Reviewing and managing online marketing sponsorship applications
  • Preparing oral and written presentations, corresponding with all management levels and business and administrative needs as required
  • Advertising
  • Managing creative for co-op campaigns with airports, tourism boards, and for long-term advertising assets
  • Media reporting for direct publisher relationships
  • Digital trafficking and tag management: Creating tags for direct publisher relationships and new landing pages & Assisting with troubleshooting/QA requests and oversight of publisher pixel implementation
  • Creative trafficking and messaging: Gathering and sharing creative specs with creative services and managing feedback to agency/publishers & Communicating/managing changes to creative
  • rotation Vendor Meetings and POVs: Meeting with vendors to discuss potential partnership opportunities
  • Campaign Management: Assisting in managing other business units like BGS, AAV, AAdvantage, BX, Citi, Boost/Renew, B2B, Partner Marketing
  • Billing: Clearing and recording vendor invoices and adjusting forecasting


    Required Skills

    Experience

  • Experience managing multiple internal and external relationships
  • 2-4 years marketing experience with a proven track record of
  • successfully managing complex projects.
  • Knowledge and Skills
  • Proficient with basic Microsoft tools (office, excel, power point)
  • Excellent communication skills across channels – in-person, by phone, and via digital (e.g., email, social channels), with strong and effective presentation skills
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Exceptional project management skills with experience in working effectively under extreme deadline pressures and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
