Establish, own, manage and serve relationships with key influencers with the goal of integrating influencers into brand communications, activations, events and product creation.

  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in the world of influence (music, film, tv, celebrity, etc)
  • Develop and implement focused product seeding strategy to secure product placement on key influencers.
  • Manage relationships across the industry and creatively promote the Converse brand.
  • Manage the “Converse Collective” – Co Creators, Storytellers and Family and find ways to integrate them into brand initiatives.
  • Act as a resource and leader in the marketing function
  • Deep knowledge of influencers, managers, agents, labels, stylists who move youth culture.
  • Understands how to develop deep connections/relationships with key influencers and the teams surrounding them.
  • Able to communicate effectively and with solid reasoning the why’s and why not’s of working with certain influencers
  • Approachable and collaborative to reach the end goal of integrating influencers who are on brand.
  • Takes a stand to lead by example
  • Makes decisions within guidelines and policies
  • Encourages open dialogue between functions on influencers
  • Acts as a filter for engagement with influencers ensuring that individuals are on brand and not a detriment to Converse


    Required Skills

    Qualifications: 10+ years industry experience at a brand, record label or other similar entity where influencers are engaged and integrated into product creation, campaigns, etc
