As our Director, Sports Marketing you will be responsible for the revenue and subscription growth of out of market sports packages on DIRECTV and U-verse, including NFL Sunday Ticket, NFL Sunday Ticket.TV (OTT product), NBA League Pass, MLB Extra Innings, NHL Center Ice, and MLS Direct Kick. You will get to create marketing plans and offers to drive revenue and subscription growth.
Drive Sponsorship execution programs, in partnership with Advertising and Global Marketing.
Working as a liaison between AT&T and the sports leagues to abide by contractual terms, validate all marketing approvals for league marks and any talent endorsements. Achieve NFL ST and Sports Subscriptions revenue goals
Responsible for increasing overall usage of NFL ST throughout AT&T
Partner with product on NFL ST product strategy and development including roadmap and product execution
Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and analytics across all sports businesses
Responsible for relationship with DMG and the development and execution of digital media campaigns
Effectively manage marketing budget for sports and sponsorships
Effectively lead a team of four managers
7+ years of experience in a marketing role driving revenue and subscription targets
Bachelor degree or advance degree preferred
Experience being accountable for revenue attainment and profitability
