  • Responsible for management of the Ladies Ultra series including expansion to new markets, contest management and all related travel.
  • Liaison for female related music initiatives.
  • Manage all aspects of sponsorships as they relate to specific artists.
  • Communicate, organize, and manage all assets between artist/band and MEC
  • Work to develop new strategic entertainment partnerships and activation opportunities. Manage these relationships under advisement of Music Marketing Director.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key record labels, management companies, booking agents, artists, event promoters, PR firms, and various media companies in the various genres of the music industry.
  • Identify external partnerships and collaborations that drive growth within current and not yet existing music campaigns.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute standard project management of the successful launch of music events and projects.
  • Manage and execute all levels of activation at assigned music related exclusive events.
  • Project management- communicate, organize, and manage internal and external projects.
  • Represent the Music Marketing team both internally and externally and interface with staff at all levels with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.
  • Partner with Music Managers and Events Teams as needed.
  • Attend shows/concerts, special music events, industry functions etc.
  • Point of contact for any event as needed.
  • Hold meetings on behalf of the team – in person, phone/conference calls.
  • Assist with new event and artist assessment, has a working knowledge of trending artists and events.


    Required Skills

  • Min. 5 years of management level experience in the field of music marketing
  • Development and implementation of annual and/or individual event marketing plans
  • Experience and knowledge of music initiatives
  • Ability to identify and network key relationship in the music industry
  • Computer skills. i.e. Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc..
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • The ability to be flexible and excel at multitasking
  • Positive attitude
