We are currently hiring for our next Experiential Marketing Manager in Boston, MA.
What You'll Do:
Oversee the National Experience Team in the planning, coordination and execution of national experiential events for all Boston Beer Company brands (Samuel Adams, Twisted Tea, Angry Orchard, Truly Spiked & Sparkling, etc.)
Program Development
Providing a point of view as well as strategic recommendations on our approach to each experiential project
Ensuring all activation / execution is aligning to each brand(s) strategic direction
Ensuring experiences are fully integrated with overall brand plans
Sourcing external partners to support and execute promotions
Lead RFP process with our vendor Logic Source for all needs
Ensure we are spending efficiently and delivering justifiable budget recommendations
Execution
Managing high level relationships with: key sponsorships, event properties, key production, agency and other specialty partners
Managing the National Experiential team ensuring as an organization we are executing all opportunities with excellence and in an efficient manner
Communicating and working with internal stakeholders to ensure event success and localization
Travel to events as necessary to ensure vendor compliance & execution, sales support and overall event success
Evaluation and Optimization
Creating and managing the standards for measuring events for internal reviews including KPIs such as brand impression, drinker interaction, cost effectiveness and other measures as needed
Recapping events and placing final values / ROI for each
Objectively approach event results to determine best practices, key learnings and how to improve going forward
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree required
MBA degree preferred
7-10 years of experience in event management, event creation and promotion ideation required.
Direct experience negotiating contracts & managing partnerships required.
Team management experience preferred.
Agency experience strongly preferred
