The Director of Sports Brand Partnerships will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic partnerships that drive platform innovation, creative marketing and revenue to Fox Sports. S/He will also contribute to delivering best in class entertainment marketing, content, and event programs for new and existing clients. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, strategic, creative marketing expert with experience leading breakthrough campaigns for world class brands. Responsibilities

  • Partner with FS1 and digital teams to lead strategy for and develop campaigns on behalf of world-class brands that are designed specifically for Fox Sports 1 and the Fox Sports digital network.
  • Aligned closely with the Sr. Director, VP and SVP on FS1 and digital branded content production including creative ideation, writing, producing and post-production.
  • Lead brainstorm meetings, organize strategy for follow-ups and lead team throughout ideation and activation process.
  • Cultivate creative partnerships with select external agencies to further diversify the custom content/creative capabilities.
  • Develop an annual roadmap to align strategies with the revenue plan. In particular, focus on expanding cross platform talent opportunities, FOX Sports video presence, and monetizing social and third-party partnerships.
  • Act as a digital advocate to coordinate with TV counterparts within Sports Brand Partnership Team to ensure seamless cross-platform integration within larger integrated stories and sponsorships.
  • Support VP’s roles and responsibilities including seasonal planning, budgeting and group strategy.
  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison for digital sales partnership deals, facilitating communication with sales, production and consumer marketing.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of the marketplace to continually inform product innovation by adjusting offerings, positioning and opportunities to meet market needs.

    Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of creative/digital agency or brand experience with strong knowledge of sports.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, including creative, production, sales, public relations, production, and digital teams, to have full knowledge of potential sales opportunities and ensure positive outcomes for all partnerships.
  • Must be a strong communicator, strategy-focused, and possess superb written and organization skills while being able to multi-task and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to travel domestically.
