SponsorPitch's new Content Manager will oversee content and develop new ways to expand the platform's data coverage, while promoting the platform by executing unique content marketing strategies ranging from events to social media. To be successful in this role, we'll need you to be experienced at market research and/or motivated to become a subject matter expert at sponsorship and sports marketing and have experience with content marketing (blogs, social media, webinars, etc.).

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute new content marketing initiatives
  • Manage community events from concept to execution
  • Perform research and prioritize content by relevance
  • Increase the efficiency of data intake through automated systems
  • Become an expert on the strengths and capabilities of the SponsorPitch platform
  • Develop/enhance procedures for efficiently tracking data
  • Work with our sales team to research and strategize new feature requests
  • Other duties as assigned

    Required Skills

  • 1-2 year experience in events, social media and content marketing
  • Experience and demonstrated interest in sponsorship, sports, marketing (pref.)
  • BA/BS or equivalent (pref. marketing-related)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Start-up experience or interest (pref.)
  • Experience using social media

    This position is located in SponsorPitch's New York City Midtown office, though a virtual position is a possibility for the right candidate.
