Responsibilities

  • Directly support 3-4 Sales Directors responsible for selling Sports & Entertainment partnerships.
  • Research sponsorship categories and prospective clients to contact regarding sponsorship opportunities.
  • Liaison to the Business Solutions group to help with the client proposal and presentation process – including but not limited to writing proposal outlines, vetting assets and acquiring internal approvals on the sales of partnership assets, writing creative copy.
  • Work with internal MSG departments and outside constituents to fulfill prospecting needs – including but not limited to coordinating meetings and set up, assisting with events and client hospitality.
  • Perform special projects as needed.


    Required Skills

    Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work with clients and other internal/external constituents
  • Proficient with Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Adobe Photoshop
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • 1-2 years of sales support experience


    Education


    Candidates who have completed 60 credits of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred.
