Responsibilities
Directly support 3-4 Sales Directors responsible for selling Sports & Entertainment partnerships.
Research sponsorship categories and prospective clients to contact regarding sponsorship opportunities.
Liaison to the Business Solutions group to help with the client proposal and presentation process – including but not limited to writing proposal outlines, vetting assets and acquiring internal approvals on the sales of partnership assets, writing creative copy.
Work with internal MSG departments and outside constituents to fulfill prospecting needs – including but not limited to coordinating meetings and set up, assisting with events and client hospitality.
Perform special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work with clients and other internal/external constituents
Proficient with Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Adobe Photoshop
Excellent organizational skills
1-2 years of sales support experience
Education
Candidates who have completed 60 credits of college-level coursework (representing 2 years), or have shown similar self-development through certifications, trade school coursework, etc. are preferred.
