The Worldwide Supervisor of Entertainment Industry Relations is responsible for supporting the entire Worldwide Entertainment Industry Relations team in all aspects of VIP and entertainment associations with the brand.


Key Accountabilities


Oversee New York sample trafficking

  • Manage all NY fittings
  • Manage VIP mailing send outs
  • Oversee product pulled from New York VIP Store 611


    Support in maintaining the department budget, as well as international budgets for all Worldwide Image Events and Special Projects

  • Monitor Department Assistant and support with budgets, invoices and re-bills


    Work closely with the Special Projects office on custom orders for VIP initiatives and one a kind pieces Support in the preparation and execution of Worldwide Image Events

  • Collaborate with VIP team on invites, RSVP lists,
  • Work with publicists, agents, and VIPs to coordinate and book travel
  • Manage external agency for group VIP booking needs for global image events
  • Dressing – Manage VIP fittings in NYC, handle VIP fittings in city of events as needed, pull product from international stores Travel for image events


    Research and identify influencers in New York to cultivate relationships Compile and communicate the global dressing updates and confirmations to the Brand Strategy and Product Marketing Team in Milan

  • Act as liaison with the Brand Strategy and Product Marketing team on all product gifting initiatives
  • Work to identify 360 product and develop and manage WW mailings across all product categories relevant to each region
  • Communicate with WW offices and give directive on mailings


    Required Skills


    Core Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word; Excel; PowerPoint: Outlook
  • Strong writing skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Positive and focused professional team attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines (often under minimal timeframes)
  • BA/BS in Public Relations or related degree
  • At least 3-4 years’ experience working in a VIP, Public Relations or related role
