2K’s Partnerships and Licensing team works across several disciplines to integrate national brands & music in-game, architect large-scale consumer marketing programs, secure merchandise licensees and successfully market and publish our games with our platform partners like Microsoft, Nintendo and Sony. What We Need:
If you join our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the biggest brands in entertainment. You’ll work closely with all stakeholders to assist with in-game asset review and approvals for brands such as Nike and Gatorade, present new games to Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo, and be involved in the preparation and execution of strategic partnerships. We need someone who can juggle all this while remaining organized and comfortable in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
Job Responsibilities Will Include:
Coordinate with internal teams to successfully release and promote 2K’s titles with first party partners including Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo
Support the Partnerships team in the execution and implementation of strategic partnerships that drive revenue and brand awareness for the company including in-game integration, sponsorships, licensing and retail / QSR promotions
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all external partners and agencies
Work closely and communicate professionally with all relevant stakeholders to assist with asset review and approval processes
Collaborate with internal 2K teams including Brand Marketing, Channel Marketing, Legal, PR / Community, and Development to execute well-rounded partnership initiatives
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, tracking documents and department recaps
Prepare video game competitive landscapes for various 2K IP
Offer administrative support for the Partnerships team and Legal teams at the company

Minimum Requirements:
Passion for video games, sports, game development, and marketing partnerships
2+ years in partnership marketing and / or licensing sales / analysis, preferably with some exposure to interactive entertainment brands; video game and / or sports experience a plus
Ability to communicate effectively, with strong oral and written skills
Disciplined and extremely organized, self-starter who can work across multiple products & groups, while excelling in a fast-paced environment
Team player with the ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work with multiple clients simultaneously and effectively
Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in technical areas, such as Microsoft Office
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
