Lead and direct the management and execution of all corporate-level sponsorship including but not limited to Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Hawks, Masters and TOUR Championship to ensure we are maximizing Equifax investment, customer relationships and brand extension opportunities.
Serve as single point of contact with all partners to negotiate and manage relationships as well as develop and activate plans.
Collaborate with Sales and C-suite to establish goals and objectives for sponsorships are maximized -- evaluating use of tickets/ suites, are we taking right customers, are they being used
Define activation objectives and metrics and develop and execute activation plans for all sponsorships including programming, content, talent, budgets, measurement, etc.
Develop and manage execution of event communications plans
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with partners
Manage and fulfill all contractual assets for each partnership - eg media, digital, promotional assets. Manage and negotiate "trades" of those assets as needed
Manage other non-ticket assets and programs - eg, Falcons flyaway, training camp, employee programs
Serve as lead point of contact for MBS project
Responsible for all budget planning, tracking and management related to all events and programs
Manage Equifax Corporate Sports Sponsorship Manager and oversee his/her program execution
At least 7 years marketing experience within sports management and sponsorship arena
Proven experience working with C-suite executives, including, but not limited to the Chairman and CEO and Senior Leadership Team
Experience negotiating complex vendor contracts
Proven team management experience
Expertise in budget management of large sponsorships and events
Travel up to 20%
