Enterprise Holdings’ Corporate Marketing and Communications (MarCom) department has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sponsorship Marketing Specialist. This person will play a key role in the daily coordination, communication, management and delivery of sponsor related assets. This role involves working with our Operating Groups, various teams internally and external business partners and agencies. This position will have exceptional, proven client service skills, along with organizational, and project management skills to support Enterprise Holdings' business and marketing objectives via sponsorship activities at local, regional and national levels.


This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO.


Responsibilities:

  • Outline and manage activation assets for each partnership (sport, music and entertainment), including but not limited to select aspects of media, content, hospitality, on-site, etc.
  • Independently manage and prioritize sponsorship requests from our operating groups and from corporate senior management on a variety of marketing needs:
  • Consult and present recommendations for the best approach to meet objectives
  • Manage solution execution from beginning to end, including efforts by agency and/or in-house team ensuring requests/projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Work with venues to identify and develop local point-of-sale signage promotions/opportunities
  • Ensure all requests/projects are brand and legally compliant, and in line with brand sponsorship objectives
  • Provide technical knowledge regarding the implementation and tracking of programs through Adobe Analytics. Analyze and report program and partner performance; provide recommendations and results for optimization.
  • Act as key liaison between brand and each partner for creative development and approvals
  • Work with Director/Manager to assist with co-branded marketing opportunities
  • Manage and assist in the fulfillment of ticket and hospitality assets for partnerships
  • Represent company at partner meetings and/or events when needed
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in sponsorship (sports, music, entertainment) and support EHI and internal business/marketing teams in that area.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on sponsorship landscape, culture and emerging technologies


    Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (degree in Marketing, Sports
  • Management or Communications preferred) 5+ years of related marketing experience required (preferably in sports or music marketing)
  • The following experience is preferred:
  • Sponsorship management, including negotiation
  • Music, including talent, agents and negotiation
  • Social and digital content, and creative development
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% required (including weekends)
  • Intermediate level proficiency or above in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics preferred
  • Valid Driver's License with no alcohol or drug related event within the last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the last 3 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
