The Account Manager, Integrated Partnerships is responsible for managing day-to-day communication and workflow for Superfly sponsorships programs, working with internal teams, clients, vendors, properties and agencies to ensure timely and quality execution. This is a freelance position with the opportunity to become a permanent hire in the future.


Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Responsible for daily workflow of sponsor programs – soliciting feedback from clients, ensuring internal team has all necessary information and keeping projects on schedule
  • Oversee sponsor ticket package distribution and tracking, managing credential levels and ensuring appropriate festival access
  • Assist with ideation and development of program-relevant concepts Execution and daily management of tasks and deadlines, ensuring high quality, timely work
  • Service clients and work with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Facilitate and maintain daily communication and activities between Superfly, client, vendors, properties, and agencies
  • Prepare and track Sponsor budgets, invoicing, and purchasing, ensuring timely and accurate payments
  • Oversee all Sponsor Production Assets, ensuring all orders are received, correct, and distributed to the corresponding internal and external department heads.
  • Facilitate and manage travel, lodging, meals, credentials, payment, onsite assignments and onboarding for onsite Festival staff, clients and vendors
  • Manage digital and print marketing campaigns related to sponsor programs
  • Support account director on all departmental needs as needed


    Required Skills

    Your experience:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in experiential marketing or sponsorships, with at least one year of manager-level experience


    Requirements:


  • Must be willing to travel for up to 3 weeks at one time during festival season
  • Previous Ops experience with festivals a must
  • Previous Client Services experience with Sponsors a must
  • Proficiency in Google Apps, Microsoft products, Excel specifically a must
  • Knowledge of CAD maps a plus
  • Ability to source products and services a must
