We are looking for a mission driven, food loving, and sports centric Experiential Marketing Manager to oversee brand experiences at sporting events and influencer/brand ambassador programs within the sports vertical. This person should have a passion for all things at the intersection of sports and culture. This role is responsible for collaborating on the strategic framework for experiential sports campaigns. This role will report to the Director of Experiential & Influencer Marketing.


You Will:

  • Craft strategies and experiences that promote Impossible’s fresh perspective on creating unique eating moments for people around the world.
  • Create surprise and delight moments for consumers through the trial of Impossible Foods products and interacting with brand and product-driven experiences.
  • Execute organized, high-quality, engaging and expertly prepared experiences for consumers across the US. These events include sporting events experiential, sampling, tailgates, truck tours, etc.
  • Work closely with internal creative teams and agencies to produce moments that; take risks, and challenge the status quo. The events will strive to create unique environments that foster dialogue and create lifelong fans.
  • Manage experiences throughout the entire project lifecycle; writing brief, overseeing all budgeting, planning, vendor management, execution and measurement.
  • Define KPIs and measure results, working closely with the Director of Experiential & Influencer Marketing, Director of Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, and broader marketing team.
  • Develop promotional and traffic driving strategies that act as awareness and purchase drivers.
  • Integrate with Public Relations and Social leads to create a wider impact for Experiential and Influencer programming.
  • Work closely with cross-functional experiential marketing team to develop brand ambassador program and manage ambassadors to respective experiential vertical.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of sports and cultural trends, experiential campaigns, activation approaches, technology, artists and creative partners that will deliver ground-breaking work.
  • Work collaboratively with consumer, product, digital, trade marketing teams and business stakeholders to assure the integrated success of experiences.


    Required Skills

  • 4+ years in corporate marketing or agency with a focus on sports marketing, consumer experiences, influencers and innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Effective at managing large, complex, strategic, and collaborative programs.
  • Proven track record of results-driven planning and execution.
  • Experience partnering with product & cross-functional teams to identify and bring activations and strategies to life.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience developing and executing marketing strategy.
  • Deep knowledge of digital, influencer, and experiential landscapes.
  • Proactive, creative, strategic thinking and ability to be flexible, improvisational, receptive to feedback, and innovative as needed.
