The Global Manager of Asset Marketing strategizes the most unexpected, impactful and efficient ways to utilize our current roster of assets, forges strong working relationships with talent agents, manages Sports & Entertainment Marketing Agency to determine new assets to join the Reebok family.
Key Accountabilities:
Identify, cultivate and solidify relationships with new potential global assets
Build asset activation plans gathering input from BUs, markets and cross-functional teams
Execute asset activations in collaboration with events and newsroom teams
Build and maintain strong working relationships with talent agents and agencies
Oversee and input on seeding of assets and influencer being managed
Analyze and recommend new asset activation programs based on best practices and learnings
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, both US and International Expert in the Sports & Entertainment Industry, strong ability to identify “The Next Big Thing”
Experience in day-to-day management of assets
Multi-tasker who is flexible and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to problem solve and think on feet Individual contributor while also being Team player
Dynamic influencer who can best guide asset signings for BUs
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience in day-to-day management of assets
3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Business or related field Strong power point presentation skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
