We are looking for an Associate Manager to join our Experience Marketing team. This person will collaborate and work closely with multiple teams across the company supporting event production, marketing, and sponsorship activation. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support end to end event production, working with multiple internal divisions
Collaborate with partner production and creative agencies
Event planning, including participating on weekly calls, compiling agendas, runs of show, notetaking, setting meetings
Source venues and vendors, work with Legal, Risk, Security, and Finance on contracting and securing of venues and vendors
Work across organization to develop integrated marketing, promotional, and content plans surrounding events. Support internal communication on these matters
Develop assets and creative deliverables for events
Service Sales to build and price integrated custom proposals for prospective sponsors
Work with content team to activate sponsorships across media platforms
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
3-5 years of related experience
Excellent multitasking skills, detail orientation and follow through
Ability to collaborate with other teams
