Bumble is looking for a highly organized, growth-oriented Integrated Experiential Marketer to build upon our in-market traction and develop Bumble’s brand as the leading social networking app in key growth markets. The ideal candidate will lead 360 marketing efforts; focusing primarily on integrated events/activations and managing local teams to execute. This candidate will work closely with our Austin HQ and to bring the brand to life in the US.


Key responsibilities:


The Integrated Experiential Marketing Lead is responsible for overseeing and developing a robust brand/event marketing strategy and vision for each respective US region. This involves a 360-degree approach to marketing including but not limited to:

  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Management of regional events and activations
  • Collaborate with marketing and 3rd party production teams to develop event concepts and plans, including marketing plans with associated influencer, social media, and press support
  • Relationship management with integrated press, talent, and production agencies
  • Brand partnerships (activation-specific)
  • Localized content creation for digital and social use (organic, paid)
  • Ability to work with globally with Bumble teams as well as additional press, marketing and content agencies as required


    Required Skills

  • Minimum of 6 years background in event production, marketing, public relations, or related fields with deep expertise in target markets including the West Coast, South, and North East
  • Event management expertise and vendor contacts -- local, regional, national.
  • Media expertise and press contacts – local, regional, national.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and inspire future Bumble staff and ambassadors
  • Passion for the Bumble brand vision and values.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other Bumble markets.
  • Ability to serve as a spokesperson for the brand in-market, with a deep understanding of cultural trends and expectations.
  • Proactive approach and ability to take initiative, leveraging and learning from successes and challenges of other emerging Bumble markets.
  • Not afraid to hustle, hustle, hustle - not afraid to sweat, carry a box or two, and bring the Bumble brand to real life
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder, with existing deep rolodex of valuable in-market contacts.
