The esports sponsorship program manager will develop monetization strategy around mobile esports events, team sponsorships, and competitive gaming content. You will help drive the business by cultivating revenue driving relationships with partners both internal and external for our esports initiatives. You will be the day to day contact for all esports business relationships and negotiate complex business terms to ensure success for the mobile esports team. In addition, you will monetize esports programs with marketing campaigns that drive value for the esports community. A successful candidate will be resourceful and will leverage their knowledge of competitive gaming to help shape and grow the mobile esports industry.


Required Skills

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in sponsorships and partnerships
  • 6+ years of experience managing complex partnership and sponsorships deals
  • Experience with intricate and complicated timelines and program schedules.
  • Demonstrated competence in managing communications, deliverables, and logistics.


    Preferred Qualifications

  • Collaborative, fact-driven, creative thinker with great human and business instincts.
  • Proven working experience in gaming or esports
  • Provocative and scrappy, you have ideas and you know how to make them happen and you are happy to get your hands dirty
  • Sponsorship or ad sales experience with esports or gaming
  • Creative thinker with the ability to deal with ambiguous business environments
  • Deep business development experience and proven track record of influencing internal and external partners
  • Proven ability to develop effective marketing strategies that drive revenue within mobile titles and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Strong drive for results, with the ability to do it independently and take calculated risks
  • Passionate about esports and an entrepreneurial attitude around growing the mobile esports industry
  • Proven track record assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas, and delivering results and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced environment.
