PepsiCo is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join the music team – a passion and understanding of music, marketing, and culture is a must. In this role the Associate Marketing Manager will help lead key initiatives that will continue to drive the music strategy across the portfolio of brands. The individual must have key relationships within the music industry, understand music culture, work well cross-functionally and with external agency partners.
Key responsibilities will include:
Developing clear music & entertainment partnership strategies
Identifying Music Opportunities
Building customized presentations to engage PBC customers
Collaborating across multiple cross-functional partners within a matrix organization
Ability to negotiate talent deals and music licenses for complex partnerships
Creating success measures and ROI tools
Educating organization on the continual evolution of music & entertainment industry
Bachelor’s degree required: Advanced degree preferred
3-5 years of equivalent experience and a proven track record of accomplishments in music & culture marketing
Strong analytical skills – ability to fully immerse in marketing workflows, understand processes & stakeholder needs
Full understanding of the music landscape
