ROLE:


This role will focus on the branding, growth and expansion of JUUL Labs, Inc. through event-based marketing opportunities. You will be primarily responsible for supporting marketing team leadership on strategic planning & execution for all external events and trade shows domestically. You will assist with event production and logistics including but not limited to development of content, promotions, venue research, registration management, presentations, graphics/multimedia and other event-related marketing materials. You will also work with staffing agencies in the training and development of hourly event staff. This role reports to the Head of Experiential Marketing.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Creation, planning and execution of events and trade shows Managing identification and executing trade show promotional plans intended to maximize company exposure and produce sales leads.
  • This will include developing objectives and strategies for the overall effectiveness and execution of marketing events.
  • Execute all aspects of event and tradeshow management and production from content and program development, design, vendor management, logistics, set up, tear down, invitations, sponsorships, promotions, staffing, staff training, lead capture and more.
  • Negotiating contracts and managing relationships with outside vendors, and preparing ROI evaluations of events and tradeshows. Use analytical skills to conduct post-event reporting and ROI analysis to measure your programs for effectiveness, and make adjustments
  • Creating and supporting key events/scenes/marketing opportunities that are reflective of the brand values and deliver a clear, strong, authentic brand message to the consumer
  • Support select 3rd party events that are relevant to the brand and our key targeted consumers
  • Travel domestically to support execution and management of events onsite
  • Ensure that all events provide a consistent message
  • Managing, maintaining, and recommending continuous improvements for all events and event assets.
  • We'll also look to you to remain current on new trends in innovative event and tradeshow design.
  • Managing the convention leads generation process.
  • Manage Calendar, scheduling, travel booking etc.
  • Participate in the selection and budgeting of trade shows for the new fiscal year.
  • Ability to manage and stay within budgets and activities related to each individual convention or meeting. KEY ATTRIBUTES NECESSARY FOR SUCCESS:

    Required Skills

    PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 3-5 years of experience in a field-related activity, such as events or promotions (CPG, beverage or lifestyle brands preferred)
  • Must be willing to travel and work hours outside of the traditional 9-5


    EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
