This position reports to the National Marquee Events Manager and is primarily responsible for assisting in the strategic planning and execution of Marquee Events. These include, but are not limited to national event sponsorships and trade shows. The MEC will assist in the flawless execution of bringing our brand to life. They will be focused on driving trial, brand loyalty and sales. The MEC will inspire the community and our local distributor and retail partners and embody with the Bai spirit by truly living the “Bai lifestyle.”


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Partner with the National Marquee Manager to identify, coordinate and execute national event sponsorships relevant to the Masterbrand and its sub-brands
  • Assist in staffing and logistics around all Marquee Events and trade shows
  • Recruit, manage and motivate a team of Brand Ambassadors for events, as needed
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop materials necessary to sell in promotional programs around Marquee Events
  • Work with outside vendors to ensure that all necessary materials and services are provided at events, as needed
  • Understand all standards, policies and procedures around events to ensure compliance by local teams and ambassadors
  • Be the ultimate Bai consumer. Constantly work to develop an in-depth understanding of the beverage market, natural market trends, and of emerging health and fitness trends, among other lifestyle activity.
  • Provide weekly & monthly recap reports to National Marquee Manager
  • Staff Marquee Events and trade shows
  • Train Brand Ambassadors to meet Bai’s standard of excellence
  • Manage inventory of infrastructure & product at warehouse
  • Maintain a shipping and receiving log to track assets

  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting and training abilities
  • Excellent computer and technology skills (experience with MS Office Applications-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Go-getter attitude and 100% commitment to building a new brand in a year of hyper-growth
  • Ability to work weekends and some holiday activations
  • High levels of tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to interact with executives at all levels
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
