The Partnerships Marketing team seeks an experienced marketing professional to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that empower Facebook's global sports partners to engage with their fans. This role requires creating and executing an integrated marketing plan to include: managing on and off platform marketing, event strategy and activations, and content to drive partner value, product adoption, and platform retention. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of leading marketing campaigns, programs and content in a fast-paced media, sports or technology company.
Responsibilities
Build and execute world-class partner integrated marketing programs, campaigns and communications for sports partners
Shape global marketing strategies, develop and launch innovative programs, and help steer regional executions to drive partner value and support Facebook's sports narratives
Author and produce best-in-class creative content, including email marketing, blogs/newsletters, short-form videos, digital campaigns, tutorials, product guides, event collateral, etc.
Grow adoption and education of Facebook's suite of tools through developing and spearheading audience-led partner education programs, including overseeing drafting playbooks and producing instructional video series
Establish a content measurement framework for tracking, analyzing and reporting content marketing growth and enabling ROI positive outcomes, and communicate success to the broader organization
Be a cross-functional leader, collaborating closely with partnerships, product leadership, analysts, research, and more to drive high impact results
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree or higher
7+ years work experience in Marketing, Partnerships or Product
Experience defining, developing and leading audience-led marketing campaigns and activations to drive engagement, reach and growth with varying sports audiences
Experience executing integrated marketing strategies through creative and analytical experience
Experience in the social media landscape, Facebook’s media product, with a focus on creating marketing initiatives specifically geared towards sports partners
Preferred Qualifications
Marketing experience at a fast-paced media, technology or sports company with focus on integrated partner marketing
Experience thriving in an unstructured environment
