U.S. Bank is currently seeking a Director Experiential Marketing, who will lead in the development of the overall experiential marketing strategy and lead the day-to-day implementation of experiential marketing programs. He/she will develop the experiential approach, processes, success measures, evaluation, and analysis. Additional responsibilities include:
Leads experiential marketing efforts of U.S. Bank across the marketing department and in support of various business lines;
Delivers the successful implementation of experiential/engagement marketing programs that support the overall objectives of the U.S. Bank brand;
Manages and operates within annual budgets and under all internal approval processes;
Leads a team and manages agency partners;
Leads day-to-day relationships with properties, venues, and partners on all experiential marketing efforts; and
Presents and leads in the communication of experiential strategy and efforts to senior-level executives.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, or related field
Five to eight years of experience in the advertising or marketing industry
Three or more years of management experience
Ability to travel domestically to onsite events and activations
