The Sponsorship, Advertising & Marketing Associate will be responsible for a diverse range of assignments, projects and activities to support business goals and objectives. In this role you will develop integrated sponsorship, advertising and marketing campaigns that drive acquisition call volume and web traffic for the retail business.
The selected candidate will support the development and execution of assigned brand sponsorships, advertising and marketing campaigns for retail acquisition. Also, responsible for producing measureable and sustainable results that strengthen brand awareness, consideration, and improve customer retention in the Texas market.
Position Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of integrated sponsorship activation programs working cross-functionally with key stakeholders to measure and deliver on program objectives.
Support the development of strategic and creative advertising programs.
Manage assigned projects and the workflow of daily project details in close coordination with the advertising, marketing and creative teams.
Collaborate with the marketing campaign execution and planning teams and external agencies to ensure 360˚ integration of sponsorship and advertising messaging across multiple consumer touch points – including TV, Radio, and OOH, digital, print, on-line video, mobile, social and on-site.
Manage timelines to develop and meet deadlines.
Works closely with agency partners to ensure collaboration and execution of impactful programs builds brand awareness and consideration, driving business goals.
Act as brand ambassador for the organization and ensure consistent messaging and creative across channels and campaigns.
Support the broader retail marketing team and lead special projects to address pressing business needs as necessary.
On-site activation set-up and support for sponsorship events (including evenings and weekends as necessary)

Qualifications:
Education
BA or BS in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Experience
3-5 years of successful sponsorship, advertising or marketing experience, energy sector experience beneficial
Expected to take initiative and work well in a fast-pace environment with multiple departments, projects and deadlines
Strong focus on quality
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to speak and write Spanish not required but would be a plus
Additional Requirements
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends to support on-site activity at events as needed.
Some domestic, overnight, weekend or evening travel may also be required to support events, production or other company activity.
