This Marketing Manager will be a key member of the Small & Medium Sized Business (SMB) team and understands the unique needs of SMB's, can set the SMB marketing strategy and identify key opportunities for business growth.
In this role you will direct the marketing initiatives related to event management and partner support to help drive success and productivity of the Direct and Strategic Sales Channels, to include Channel Partners, Value Added Resellers, and National Accounts.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct, execute and evaluate the design and development of marketing events to build awareness, generate sales leads and increase penetration of services in the marketplace.
Manage Channel Partner sponsorships, from inception to implementation and summary analysis.
Determine, track and optimize ROI on events and partner support activities to develop future programs.
Work with Channel managers to develop and plan local/partner specific programs, including sales premiums, collateral, and other support tools.
Collaborate with Spectrum Enterprise team to create a comprehensive brand, events schedule and annual marketing plans.
Drive the marketing strategy and development of marketing campaigns to drive interest and recruit attendees at trade shows and events.
Manage and develop annual partner advisory councils, briefings, and meetings to drive efficiencies and optimization for the indirect sales programs.
Manage digital marketing, including websites, portals, landing pages, and banners as related to event sponsorships and opportunities.
Manage multiple budgets and overall expenses and projections, leading the annual and quarterly budgeting processes.
Hold and communicate a deep understanding of business trends, challenges, insights, buying behaviors, and market sizing for Strategic Sales Channels.
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Perform other duties as required.

Education
Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year college or university in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising or related discipline and/or equivalent experience
Related Work Experience
Direct Marketing experience; 5+ years
Event marketing/sales enablement (trade shows, events, promotions); 3+ years
