This role is responsible for executing the Uber Eats influencer strategy and


Social Content partnerships in support of the US/Canada Social & Content Lead, building our brand narrative and engaging with our ever-growing fan base. As an Influencer & Partnership Marketing Manager, you will manage the relationship with our influencer agency, identify high-impact influencer opportunities, and work with partners to extend the Uber Eats brand beyond our current channels and ecosystem. We are looking for a highly creative individual who is eager to think strategically, stretch their partnership muscles and be part of building a truly spectacular brand.


From telling the Uber Eats story to new audiences, to innovating how we engage a variety of communities, this person will have their finger on the pulse of all things culture—a true trailblazer.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationship with regional influencer agency, ensuring proper brand alignment and execution throughout our evergreen influencer strategy.
  • Support localized influencer requests and social partnership executions throughout the US and Canada.
  • Work with marketing teams to apply a social lens to existing brand partnerships and messaging—tailor all items appropriately by channel.
  • Develop programs with partners that create new channels of exposure for Uber Eats and drive our brand metrics.
  • Field and judge incoming social partnership and influencer opportunities, being able to discuss and assess partnership opportunities with internal teams.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to express our brand to new audiences on social, partnering with individual influencers and brands. Innovate and iterate on existing strategies to ensure a best-in-class influencer program
  • Work with agency to identify and execute ‘big, bold bet’ creative influencer campaign
  • Measure and report impact of influencer and partnership activations and campaigns


    Required Skills

    Requirements:


    The ideal candidate for this role should have:

  • 3 – 5+ years partnership or social media influencer marketing experience.
  • Effective relationship management skills with an eye for detail
  • Deep understanding of the social media landscape.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with an array of internal teams.
  • Comprehension of deal performance metrics and opportunities to optimize
  • Creative outlook with inspired brand content ideas
