The Experiential Marketing Lead is a newly created leadership role on our existing Events Team. This position will help shape how we will introduce the Harley-Davidson brand to new customers all over the world.
We are looking for an experiential marketing professional who can help develop new, innovative ideas for Harley-Davidson events and customer experiences and bring them to life. Focusing on new products, the first of which is scheduled to launch in 2019, we plan to bring Harley-Davidson to places that may not be immediately obvious.
Working within budget guidelines, and with a firm understanding of Marketing metrics and analytics, you will have the opportunity to work both strategically and tactically:

Education Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Experience Required
This role typically requires 5 years of related consumer event planning experience. Your relevant work history will include strong project management experience which includes organization, planning, managing budgets, and effective leadership.
