Transforming how consumers think about food is rooted in experiential marketing and influencer engagement. As the Director of Experiential and Influencer Marketing, you will build and drive the vision for the physical manifestation of the Plenty brand with programs that deliver a white-glove, brand-I-love, experience for our key influencers. As part-strategist, part-seasoned event marketer, part-experience design guru, part-dot connector, you will be responsible for developing the strategy, production, and operational plans to execute your vision.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with Communications, Product, Creative and Production teams to develop robust integrated campaigns, launches, and projects
Execute events, activations, and influencer programs, learn and iterate from both successes and failures
Operationalize and scale your strategies across multiple markets and touch points, and justify initiatives through insights and data that demonstrate ROI
Develop production, contractor and agency portfolio and own those relationships
Ensure consistent brand messaging and creative assets across all experiential touch points
Generate brand love and authentic content to bolster the Plenty story
Create and manage relationships with online and celebrity influencers across a variety of industries to drive trial of and passion for Plenty
Contribute to the development and execution of annual marketing and communications plans
Scale experiential excellence across multiple markets, teams, and touch points
Maintain experiential budget and resource allocations
Develop scorecard and report on ROI and program successes and failures
8 years minimum experiential and influencer marketing experience for strong consumer brands, with extra credit for experience working on emerging and disruptive brands, and a rolodex of relevant connections
