The Brand Communications and Experiential Marketing Manager, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars North America (RRMC NA) will lead an integrated brand and experiential marketing strategy and assume ownership of its successful delivery to increase brand awareness, shape brand perception and immerse customers and prospects into a unique brand experience. The region includes USA, Canada and Latin America.


This position will develop customer centric, national experiential brand experiences and platforms. Additionally, this position will develop and implement national direct marketing and digital marketing strategy incl. media planning, to include reporting and analysis.


The incumbent will manage activities in conjunction with local partners and agencies, working closely with key internal team members to execute region specific ideas as appropriate. Activations include (but are not exclusive to) the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, National New Vehicle Launch Events, VIP Loaner Programs and Art programs.


He/she will also be responsible for measuring and monitoring ROI on all activities and establishing quantitative and qualitative success reporting. This position will also be in charge of monitoring and controlling individual project expenditure to ensure maximum results and activities are delivered on time, within budget and with respective ROI.


Required Skills

Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree, Major in Marketing or Business majors are preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in two or more of the following:
  • Communications/Campaign Planning incl. paid media planning
  • Event Management
  • Automotive
  • Luxury
  • Understanding of global and luxury brands
  • Understanding of regional variances (cultural differences, working ethics etc.)
  • Understanding of automotive industry, including multi-franchise environments
  • Understanding of creative processes including design, print and event execution
  • Broad scale experience in business-to-consumer marketing
  • Strong ability to build relationships and partnering opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent budget planning and management skills, overseeing a number of different budget areas
  • Ability to multi task
  • Be in possession of a 'can do' attitude
  • Strategic planning skill set
  • Capable of working under pressure
  • Understanding of various areas of the business (including Sales Operations/CRM Management)
  • Sensitivity and diplomacy
  • Ability to travel – 30-40%
