The Connector: Influencer + Partnership Manager helps manage the relationships, activations and partnerships with all partners and identified Influencers. Manage activities related to experiential within these channels and works directly with the VP Field Marketing. Serves as a key conduit and communication channel of this information across the team. Responsible for taking on special projects to assist the field tied to influencer events focus along with identifying and incubating influencers based on strategic imperatives. Oversees and helps drive process, and measurement of program effectiveness and activation.
Develop, build out and execute customized strategy of influencer program with Janeane
Identify influencers + partners based on brand image, connection to consumers, and potential growth.
Identify like-minded brands to partner with organically to drive awareness and trial of Suja, help Janeane manage relationships
Identify key opportunities with targeted influencers to help amplify brand connection, build brand love and generate awareness.
Cultivate new influencers on a monthly basis to expand our reach
Generate influencer plans to support big picture campaign support
Create qrtly integrated influencer innovation programing tied to innovation ideas
Stay on top of competitor influencer programs industry trends, relevant campaigns and digital media advancements in this space
Help to identify and negotiate paid influencer opportunities
Work closely with digital comm team on strengthening amplification with influencers via social
Work closely with comms team on curated content
Distill actionable insights form campaigns and measure coverage and impact of outreach
Ideate creative ways to engage with influencers offline
Maintain high level of authenticity and touch with brand partners and influencers
Generate innovative ideas with comm team to drive awareness and loyalty
Work with comm team to support all digital campaigns
Track, report manage influencer support mailings product orders
Serve as a liaison- coordinate and mange communication between influencers and com team and needs
Generate reports on impact and influence of brand to share with leadership
Manage budget
Event Support:
Event & Demo Logistics for influencer events: Set up and tear down of event materials, loading product, greet and educate the audience on product line.
Work in conjunction with FMM in various markets when needed to execute brand events with partners and support influencer needs
Positive attitude, a thirst for knowledge, and an excitement for growing our business
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field
2 to 5+ years; experience with influencers a must (social, micro, celeb etc) PR/social media experience a plus
Experience identifying, recruiting, and managing influencer programs
Ability to develop and execute creative campaign strategies and promotions that resonate with the target audience and are on brand
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Acute understanding of and passion for social media including key platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook)
Ability to activate influencers across multiple verticals and platforms
Capacity to work independently and ability thrive in fast-paced environment
Collaboration minded
Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously with excellent personal organizational skills and high attention to detail
Web research savvy and MS Office proficiency
