The Resy Marketing team is actively growing and we are seeking an enthusiastic executor to manage all sponsorship partners. Reporting into our VP of PR & Experiential, this individual will be responsible for: sponsor prospecting, proposal customization and presentation, sponsor recaps and follow-ups, and representing Resy at industry functions.
The Sponsorship Manager is nimble, flexible, organized, and communicative. This person is as much as a team player as he/she is an individual worker who can make executive decisions when the time calls for it. The ideal candidate is a dynamic thinker who understands that this role requires equal parts strategy and execution. You have existing industry relationships with brands and you are excited to utilize your connections at Resy. If you have experience producing sponsorship activities from concept to launch and are passionate about the hospitality and restaurant industry, this might be the job for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Build strong relationships with new and existing partners and sponsors
Create and develop all sponsorship materials and packages
Sell and coordinate sponsorship packages for all Resy events and other marketing/PR initiatives
Manage and negotiate contracts with sponsors and partners from drafting stage through to signing
Understand and effectively communicate the benefits and details of our events + other marketing initiatives
Manage day to day relationship with all experiential and event sponsors
Coordinate with event, PR + content team to ensure sponsors receive promised deliverables
Coordinate with product, sales and accounts/restaurants teams (as needed)
Coordinate the delivery of sponsor materials to all Resy events
Manage relationships with selected in kind sponsors for Resy events
Manage the event insurance brokers, from due diligence to setting up contracts
Maintain and update a database of all sponsorship sales activity and prospects
You have 5+ years experience in a similar role
You have excellent written and oral communication skills
You have the proven ability to network and build upon existing relationships to prospect for new business
You take initiative and can work independently to get the job done
You have strong organization and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
You are able to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
