  • Lead all influencer, PR, and sponsorship activity for the SBA​, including strategy, plan development and execution.
  • Own and champion consumer engagement team understanding and application of consumer social behaviors and opportunities through social listening, cultural trend-spotting and understanding of social landscape; identify where brands have a right/role to play in culture and culturally relevant moments.
  • Manage agency through development of consumer centric omnichannel plans that deliver on brand objectives.
  • Develop a best-in-class proactive1:1 consumer engagement strategy that easily connects to our proprietary 360One data system; oversee day-to-day execution.
  • Responsible for consistent execution of Brand Voice and consumer care standards​; set guidelines and leads clear orchestration of owned channel response through corp comm and call center.
  • Develop and manage experiential programs that delight the consumer, deliver a positive memorable brand experience and are measurable.
  • Guide technology recommendations for social listening activities that will be able to connect to larger data acquisition strategy.
  • Lead the integration of external provocation into Consumer Engagement strategy​.
  • Develop and nurture collaborative relationships with the SBA engagement team that are rooted in trust and communication; partner closely with CoE teams to implement best practices and standards.


    Required Skills

  • BS/BA degree. MBA preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a PR or social media role.
  • Managed agency relationships
  • CPG experience a plus
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Deep understanding of PR with experience developing and executing earned media programs
  • Experience developing and executing experiential programs
  • Experience developing and executing strategic partnerships and sponsorships
  • Deep understanding of the social platform landscape with the ability to evaluate brand opportunity
  • Fluent in developing relationships with influencers to create brand programs
  • Ability to present complex social data in a meaningful and applicable fashion
  • Experience listening and responding to multiple brand social conversations
  • Familiarity with social listening technologies and the ability to connect to data and insight collection
  • Strong strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills which translate to brand storytelling
  • Able to create strong, positive, collaborative relationships through excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust.
