RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop relationships across all key brand partners to learn points of collaboration between our brands to bring sports and entertainment partnerships to life
Source and mine opportunities for partnership on both the national and local level, leveraging the rights of our partners to drive business KPIs
Drive innovation among partners and agencies to generate compelling, unique go-to-market plans for each program.
Maintain a high-level of industry expertise, including the evaluation of opportunities to tell our brand story both in the short and long term.
Partner with culinary, advertising, communications, field marketing, restaurant experience, and operations to implement programs in and out of restaurant.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s Degree; with preference in Marketing, Business, Sport Management, or Communications
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience. Experience desired in sports marketing and the beverage, alcohol, and/or restaurant space in a marketing partnership capacity.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES:
Passion for sports, entertainment, gaming, music and/or celebrity culture
Knowledge of beverage alcohol and food service industry and the relationship between beverage partners and restaurants
Experience with sports and entertainment partnerships and activations for brands.
Ability to influence others and utilize persuasion skills to sell in ideas and recommendations
Long term planning and vision for development and execution of national promotions leveraging all elements of the marketing mix
An entrepreneurial attitude. Pro-active thinking. Ability to drive thoughtful dialog and roll with the punches.
Knack for delivering the Big Idea as part of a partnership/program.
