Coordinates marketing activities including: industry events, internal/external engagements, employee engagements, and experiential marketing activations. Manages and executes projects and marketing plans intended to maximize company exposure. Works with internal/external resources to obtain needed materials and services to support project from conception to execution. Works individually or as a team project managing events and marketing programs. Receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. Interim review or updates on projects. Identify, evaluate and recommend strategies based upon creative briefs, marketing initiatives and objectives. Understands the scope and program objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. Develops professional expertise and applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.


Boost Mobile is launching an app-based reward program accessible to all customers. The program will give customers 24 hour access to local and national discounts, perks to Boost Mobile products/services, and chances to win VIP experiences. The goal of the program is to reward our hard working heroes (our customers) by giving them special perks, thereby engaging our base and lowering churn. The program will also provide our sales staff with tangible benefits they can use to acquire new customers.


This manager will own the sweepstake component of the reward program. They will:

  • Work with internal and external teams to acquire weekly prizes for the reward program
  • Build consumer facing elements to support sweepstake, working with creative and legal team
  • Work with event properties and promoters to secure prizing assets
  • Lead execution of sweepstake experiences, including onsite event management
  • Liaise with prize fulfilment agency
  • Manage financials of sweepstake program
  • Work with the base communication team to create campaigns promoting these offers to our base (email and app push notifications)
  • Work with customer retention team to build and promote product/service offers to the base
  • Communicate upcoming offers and programs to all Boost Mobile staff
  • Produce and deliver performance reports
  • Drive brand consideration, acquisition, retention, advocacy, and overall purchase intent


    Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
