The Director of Culture Marketing (DOC) leads the strategy, development, and planning of events & activations that create points of differentiation in music, dance and art within the Business Unit (BU). The DOC drives innovation while establishing and leading an impactful, credible, and effective program. The DOC will support, guide, and develop regional marketing teams through target-setting, business planning, event execution, and relationship identification/management while ensuring alignment with BU and national goals. Success is measured by program and project results, impact on culture (music, art, & dance) audiences, and positive impact on brand and product perception and consumption.


Experience:


  • 7+ years of relevant consumer marketing experience in culture and youth marketing, specifically in music, dance and art
  • Experienced in event- and influencer marketing, sponsorships, storytelling and content marketing with an emphasis on digital and social media
  • Successful management of diverse functional teams
  • Proven successes coaching, leading and influencing others in order to foster a collaborative and creative environment
  • A strong coach & leader with the ability to survive and thrive in a fast-paced matrix environment while managing local, national and global stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize large budgets
  • An exceptional ability to write, present, and share ideas articulately
  • Strong capabilities in the analysis & interpretation of data
  • Demonstrated ability to turn insights into action
  • Capable of long-term strategic & creative thought
  • Live and represent the Red Bull Brand


    Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education preferred
  • Must be fluent in English
