Responsible for supporting Events in implementation of strategic vision for all corporate and image events for Ralph Lauren.
Serve as primary liaison and point of contact for all corporate and RL image events.
Collaborate with Events team and various internal partners to set yearly event calendar and manage all benchmarks.
Direct and administer all event management operations including, but not limited to, revenue maximization initiatives, communication plans, meeting space and room block management, negotiation of supplier services and contract administration, budgeting and forecasting, systems management, department management and meeting participation and facilitation.
Foster relationships and communication between internal and corporate communications, brand PR teams and various corporate departments
Proactively identify and maintain relationships within the fashion industry and appropriate event vendors.
Cultivate partnerships, outreach strategy and develop content to secure press when appropriate for large-scale Ralph Lauren sponsored events.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Bachelor of Arts or Masters Degree
7+ years of experience in event design and execution.
Proven relationships with key event, marketing and PR contacts in the fashion industry.
Experience preferred in a luxury corporate setting.
Some travel involved.
Ability to respond appropriately to difficult questions and requests on an immediate basis.
Understanding, appreciation and articulation of the brand.
Ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
