The Program Manager manages the timelines of multi-channel Partnership projects and deliverables for all lines of business including Topgolf Crush events for both marquee sport stadium events and amenity model activations. The Program Manager is ultimately responsible for the delivery of high quality deliverables that power client satisfaction, meet business, event requirements, and balance client, vendor and agency economics. The Program Manager will work with internal stakeholders across business functions to ensure deadline driven milestone completions by program or project. The right candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get things done.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Topgolf’s Corporate Partnerships business model, as well as the company’s overall operational strategy and vision
  • Manage Crush events and budget to ensure each activation meets or exceeds model and contribution margins; Develop event pro forma for each event; own the settlement process with coordinating venue partner, track all invoices and receipts for reconciling with Accounting team
  • Facilitates communications, drives alignment, and resolves any conflicts across teams
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies; identifies opportunities to streamline processes and suggests alternative solutions
  • Anticipates roadblocks and identifies solutions to get ahead of them Leads resource allocation discussions on the project-level with cross-functional team
  • Communicates clearly and frequently. Leads team communication plan; monitors and adjusts as needed to ensure effective and efficient communication
  • Actively mitigates risk by identifying quality, budget, and timeline impacts
  • Establish relationships and active communication channels with internal and external vendors for event execution including but not limited to Finance, Marketing, Media, Technology Innovation, Partnerships, Legal, and Production groups
  • Manage all operations, training, logistics and equipment event related needs; work alongside Procurement and Logistics team to source equipment, secure delivery in/out of equipment trucks
  • Other duties as assigned by Director of Client Relations & Activation


    Required Skills

  • 5+ years of prior program or project management experience
  • Detail oriented, organized and has demonstrated an exceptional ability to influence cross-functional teams to drive deliverables and program success
  • Strong written and verbal communications, presentation skills, and meeting facilitation skills
  • Customer-service oriented with proven experience building strong internal and vendor relationships
  • Experience with managing and delivering multiple projects at the same time. Often requiring you to make fast decisions and take initiative to deliver work by or ahead of deadlines
  • Possess integrity and positive attitude as well as a strong sense of morals and ethics
  • Self-motivated individual with passion for the role and driven for career success
  • Works well in a team environment and has the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage internal/external activation team and establish self as lead point of contact for all event related parties
  • Previous experience in Project Management tools comparable to Salesforce, Microsoft Projects or Confluence
  • Flexibility to adapt to frequently changing work environment, and deliver on challenging demands
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline
  • Ability to travel 25% of time
