Responsible for project management support for Sport Marketing Partnerships, UFC and Les Mills, across all aspects of the business, assisting in the implementation of the Les Mills and UFC partnership strategy.


Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich Reebok’s position with partners through strong collaboration with internal teams across product, brand communications, PR, sales and social/digital stakeholders through various goals and objectives.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


Responsible for efficiently delivering on the LM seeding strategy, working cross functionally with internal teams, including but not limited to, product marketing, purchasing, finance, customer service and exports. Responsible for gathering and communicating partnership reporting; ecommerce sell-thru, trainer social analytics, ReebokONE (instructor platform), includes tracking of ROI through reporting and analysis of asset seeding. Procure samples for photoshoots and partner needs working with product and customer service teams. Assist in the planning and implementation of partner marketing plans and promotional campaigns. Support digital and retail and event activation for both partnerships Manage, track and resolve invoices and payments within the company guidelines/timelines Maintain team wide projects including but not limited to: partnership project tracker, newsletter creation and distribution, UFC ticket requests and corresponding budget Adhere to and assist in tracking spend of marketing working budget Manage activation plans in collaboration with key internal interfaces and drive Reebok.com partnership activations across both partnerships Support domestic real-time product development and sales around events / key partnership moments Accountable for delivering net sales and driving commercial success across both partnerships Analyze industry trends and provide recommends that influence current marketing and business development strategies Support local markets to ensure proper positioning of the UFC and Les Mills partnerships are receiving Global direction and support as needed. Create presentations for key stakeholders across the organization as well as with our partners and assets


KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Excellent analytical skills and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask Deep understanding of how digital activation leads to commerce Global business experience a plus Demonstrated success driving cross-functional projects and experience working across a wide range of internal and external business partners on projects Strong presentation skills Ability to partner with, collaborate with, and collaborate with internal and external business partners Strong understanding of retail sales practices Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Required Skills

3-5 years’ experience in asset marketing or related field Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field Interest in the sporting goods industry and passion for fitness. Knowledge of UFC and Les Mills a plus Ability to travel (up to 30%) including international travel
