Your role at Sephora:

As Manager, Media, you will be responsible for delivering strong paid media strategies and activation plans for our key campaigns across major brand initiatives – Color, Skincare, Hair and Fragrance. You’ll focus on channels that drive reach, engagement and impact for our brand such as Video, Print, Custom Content, and Influencers. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Media & Partnerships, you’ll work closely with key cross-functional partners across Sephora’s Marketing, Media, and Digital teams. In addition, you will:

  • Develop the brand media strategy and cross-functional planning process for paid media campaign efforts
  • Create best-in-class and creative media activation plans for Sephora’s brand media campaigns, in conjunction with our agency partners
  • Analyze program performance data and delivery key reporting and insights to inform future go-forward recommendations
  • Direct and manage external agencies and partners
  • Ensure flawless campaign execution through cross-functional collaboration and agency communications
  • Manage and optimize the Sephora Brand Media budget
  • Partner closely with peers on Programmatic Media team to ensure campaign and creative alignment, and share insights
  • Track innovation within the industry, evaluating and identifying new opportunities that will drive best-in-class media activation for Sephora

    Required Skills

    We’re excited about you if you have:

  • 4+ years’ of relevant experience, with a strong digital media strategy and planning background
  • Knowledge of current media advertising landscape and a passion for marketing
  • Comfort and experience with media platforms, terms and tools (Ad serving, analytics, tag management, etc.)
  • Proven ability to take initiative, organize, and manage several projects simultaneously (and prioritize appropriately)
  • Superior problem-solving skills and the ability to draw conclusions and take action based on data
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal and external team members
