    YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


    You are a sports marketing and influencer expert who drives the marketing activation of our ambassador program. Your work supports the growth and evolution of the Sports Marketing department and offers solutions for cross functional partners across BRP’s global brands: Can-Am, Sea-Doo, and Ski-Doo. You understand that relationships are fundamental to the success of the program and that you will be responsible for living the brand with key partners.


    You report to our Global Sports Marketing and Partnerships (SM&P) Manager, and work closely with our brand, product, digital, and regional marketing leaders to grow the impact and understanding of our ambassador program.


    SM&P is responsible for the sourcing, evaluating, contracting, onboarding, activating, and monitoring of all sports-focused initiatives and endemic partnerships. This manifests through relationships with ambassadors, influencers, racers, events, and brands.


    The successful candidate will:

  • Support the SM&P manager in the development of this new centralized function, influencing the strategy and governance of the program.
  • Actively participate in the planning, development, and execution of year-round ambassador activation planning.
  • Lead the project management and execution of activations, events, and projects.
  • Identify, build, and manage relationships with emerging talent.
  • Develop an ambassador scorecard to further monitor and evaluate current and future partnerships.
  • Manage relationships with select ambassadors and partnerships, as needed.
  • Leverage insights to identify opportunities that drive business decisions around potential partnerships.
  • Develop content plans and recommend creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand and products.
  • Work cross-functionally with various marketing verticals to ensure optimal outcome of marketing initiatives.
  • Research and stay informed on the sport and influencer landscape driving the implementation of new strategies and tactics to further innovate the program.
  • Participating in budget development and ensuring annual follow


    Required Skills

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, and/or communication.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in sports, athlete, and/or influencer marketing.
  • Ability to form strategic partnerships and build interpersonal relationships.
  • Organized, responsible, and flexible in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Experience reporting on analytics and delivering to KPIs.
  • Able to work as part of a team and individual contributor.
  • Possess excellent project management skills.
  • Available to travel frequently (including weekends).
