This position is responsible for supporting experiential event marketing within the larger marketing organization focused specifically on 5G Home and 5G Mobility technology. The Analyst will project manage experiential marketing programs and work with internal cross-functional teams to deliver against key business objectives across a wide range of activations and live events.


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Ensure innovation of consumer centric engagements with the Brand through 5G technology across major national sports and entertainment partnerships (NFL, NBA, MLS, Music, Esports and other integrations)
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams and agency partners to communicate and execute experiential marketing efforts that promote the importance of 5G technology in everyday lives.
  • Work with agencies to track measurement of experiential program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Support agency communication and help direct program activation elements (onsite branding, brand ambassadors, technology experience, internal network teams, etc.)
  • Regularly communicate with local market teams, track local 5G technology programs, initiatives and needs.
  • Manage incoming invoices and track overall experiential budget.
  • Maintain overview presentations of 5G technology programs and partners. Develop clear and concise executive reports for leadership use and updates.
  • Manage incoming internal and external asks for ad hoc 5G technology requests.
  • Monitor 5G experiential marketing efforts of competitors and document executed programs, events and activations.


    Required Skills

    You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Project Management or Event Planning Experience
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and G Suite.
  • Willingness to travel.


    Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Three or moreyears of experiential and/or event marketing experience.
  • Experience in project management, engagement of cross-functional teams and agency management.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, can-do culture.
  • Knowledge of experiential marketing, marketing communications and new and emerging media platforms (i.e. mobile, digital, social media).
  • Experience with telecom or technology companies.
