This role manages all partnerships within Music, Fashion and Sports across the General Mills US portfolio. You will be responsible for seeking and identifying top partnerships within these categories, and will be tasked with pitching the right opportunities for our brands. You are responsible for the day to day management of external partner relations, as well as serve as the liaison for all internal teams for your categories. This role also manages all Non-Food Outbound Licensing including apparel, accessories, make-up and bakeware in conjunction with our licensing agency. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Seek, engage, and maintain external partnerships within the Music, Fashion and Sports categories and serve as the day to day contact for new and existing partners.
  • Secure and manage execution of partnerships
  • Serve as the expert for your categories and create frame-breaking ideas for General Mills brands
  • Set the strategic vision and collaborate with the outbound licensing agency to generate new Outbound Licensing opportunities for our brands.
  • Oversee the day to day execution of all Outbound Licensing projects

    Required Skills

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications Preferred Related Experience: 6 years


    ADDITIONAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCES

  • Strong understanding of and interest in pop-culture
  • Ability to create brand building ideas from scratch
  • History of collaboration and project management with brand teams and external partners
  • Strong communication skills (written/verbal/presentation)
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence are key elements to success.
